Vata sesson. As the seasons shift, the energy of air becomes more present – light, creative, mobile, and sometimes anxious. This workshop is devoted to grounding the nervous system and stabilising Vata energy.

Through a combination of breathwork, grounding asana, and nourishing Ayurvedic self-massage, you will learn how to create steadiness within movement.

Understanding the Air element and Vata constitution

Calming breath practices to regulate the nervous system

Slow, earth-centered yoga sequences for stability and warmth

Abhyanga-inspired self-massage techniques using warming oils
