Training Courses
AYM diplomas are divided into two levels, each requiring 24 hours to complete. The courses combine practical techniques with theoretical learning.
It can be offered as intensive courses, consisting of four days with seven-hour sessions (including a one-hour lunch break), or as non-intensive courses, which are spread over four eight-hour sessions across two weeks.
Each student will receive fully detailed illustrated manuals as part of the course. Based on the level of the course completed, successful applicants will be awarded an Ayurvedic Yoga Massage certificate.
