This inspiring and transformative Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Training Course is designed not only to expand your practical skills as a body therapist, yoga teacher, healer, or wellness practitioner, but also to support your own personal growth and energetic transformation.
Rooted in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga, this course combines deep tissue massage techniques, assisted stretches, breath awareness, and conscious touch to create a powerful therapeutic treatment for both practitioner and client.
Level One introduces students to the foundations of Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, including body mechanics, flowing movements, grounding techniques, energy awareness, and the therapeutic use of natural oils and herbal powder.
The training focuses on developing sensitivity, confidence, and presence through touch.
This training course is suitable for body therapists, yoga teachers, wellness practitioners, carers, and anyone wishing to deepen their understanding of conscious therapeutic touch and holistic healing practices.
The course supports participants in moving towards a more balanced, vibrant, grounded, and energised state of being — physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Throughout the Training, Students Will Learn:
• Fundamental Ayurvedic Yoga Massage techniques
• Assisted stretches and body mobilisation
• Principles of Ayurveda and energetic balance
• Safe body mechanics for practitioners
• Breath and movement integration
• How to create a complete treatment flow
• Awareness of posture, grounding, and energetic presence
• Client care and professional practice
The Course Includes:
• 27 hours of professional in-person training, including practical assessment and final examination
• Full training days, including a one-hour lunch break
• A minimum of 10 hours of home practice
• Fully illustrated and detailed training manuals
• Ongoing guidance and support throughout the training
• Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Level One Certificate upon successful completion

Student Requirements & Health Declaration
As this is an intensive bodywork and energy-based training course, students are required to refrain from the use of recreational drugs and alcohol during the duration of the training.
Participants must inform the course facilitator of any injuries, medical conditions, physical limitations, or ongoing treatments that may affect their participation.
All students are required to complete and sign a registration and health declaration form before the beginning of the course.
